What a CTLZer is

"Someone who holds the mirror. And takes care of the person looking into it."
A CTLZer follows the seven conditions. Trusts the structure. Resists the urge to interpret. Does not advise. Does not translate. Does not perform expertise.
And a CTLZer is also active. Reviews every output. Corrects when something is off. Changes the route when the work asks for it. Is the liaison with the CTLZee. And the one who takes great care of the CTLZee and the full process.
Nothing reaches the CTLZee without the CTLZer's review and approval.
A CTLZer organizes what's already there, in someone else's words, and lets the architecture do the work.

Where we are

We're early. The first CTLZers are being trained now.
The method is built. The platform works. The results are consistent. What's still being shaped is the training pathway. How someone goes from understanding the conditions to holding them, with rigor, for someone else.
If you're considering this, you're early too.
That's the right time.

Who this is for
