Become a CTLZer

Your best sessions
were the ones where you
added nothing.

You've known it for years. You just couldn't schedule it, structure it, or sell it. CTLZ makes that moment a craft, a layer beneath everything you already do.
“Listen. Organize. Hand it back. Ask if it fits.”from the MIRRORING book

What a CTLZer is

"Someone who holds the mirror. And takes care of the person looking into it."
A CTLZer follows the seven conditions. Trusts the structure. Resists the urge to interpret. Does not advise. Does not translate. Does not perform expertise.
And a CTLZer is also active. Reviews every output. Corrects when something is off. Changes the route when the work asks for it. Is the liaison with the CTLZee, the person in front of the mirror. And the one who takes great care of the CTLZee and the full process.
A CTLZer organizes what's already there, in someone else's words, and lets the architecture do the work.
ii.

Keep your craft. Add the mirror.

"Nothing you do changes. Everything you do compounds."
Every hour, every client, every method you have. Stays. The mirror goes underneath. After one cycle you hold your client's architecture in their own words; your craft starts from mile ten instead of mile zero.
What a cycle looks like in your hands: your client speaks alone, unhurried. The maps come back. You review every one before it travels. You hold the space, add nothing, and watch recognition do the work. One mirror a week fits inside a full calendar. That's the design.
One price, set by CTLZ, so no one ever negotiates the value of depth. US$2,000 for a full cycle.
You bill your client directly, the way you already bill. You keep 80%. The rest comes off automatically when the payment clears: no invoice to us, nothing to remit, nothing to chase. You carry the client and the cycle. CTLZ carries the method, the platform, and the gate.
iii.

Who this is for

If you work with people, in any capacity, and something on this site matched how you already think, this is for you.
Coaches who feel the limits of advice. Facilitators who have noticed that less interpretation surfaces more. Founders who've informally been "the person people talk to" for years and want to make it a craft. Designers, strategists, therapists, consultants. Anyone whose work already involves listening for what isn't being said.
CTLZ doesn't replace what you already do. It gives you a second instrument.
iv.

Earned, never bought.

There is no "enroll". You apply, and the craft decides. Certification by approval, not by payment. Because your clients deserve a carrier who was approved, and you deserve a certification that actually means something.

Yearly. Recalibration, shared learning, recertification by presence.

Eight chairs. Numbered forever.

Eight, because that's how many Bob can genuinely accompany. Personally. Shadowing, co-piloting, walking beside you until the mirror is yours. A chair is claimed at the first CLNC, never before.

The founding terms, out loud: we invest first. The full terms. What's deferred, what's forgiven, and what's asked of you. Come to you in writing, with your application, before you commit to anything.
The first CTLZers will never have paid for certification. They'll have earned it, and that can never be repeated.
vi.

Honestly. This isn't for everyone.

If your practice depends on being the smartest person in the room, the mirror will frustrate you. The mirror asks you to love the moment your client finds it without you.
If that sentence made something in you relax,
you are who this is for.
What happens next: you apply below, or just text. You hear from Bob personally within a week: yes or no, in writing, with the founding terms. Then SPRK, two hours, no pitch, a real talk about fit. Applications are open.
