When you write to a CTLZer or to Bob, we receive what you type: name, company, email, mobile phone, where you live and your message.
Your note goes by email to the CTLZer you chose, with Bob in copy, or to Bob only. It is also saved in our database, so no message gets lost. We use it only to answer you. We never sell it and never use it for ads.
We keep form messages for up to two years, then delete them.
The site has no ads, no tracking cookies and no analytics.
On your first visit, the site checks your country (through the service ipapi.co) to show the page in Portuguese if you are in Brazil. Only the country is used, and we do not store it. Your browser remembers your language choice. That is all it remembers.
If you do a Mirroring, the CTLZ app has its own rules: nobody listens to your audios, your CTLZer never hears or reads them, and your audios and their text are deleted when your Mirroring ends.
The site, the database and the app run on Google Firebase. Emails are sent through Resend. Both process the data on our behalf, only to run these services.
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we have about you, at any time. Write to bob@ctlz.io. We answer within 15 days. This applies wherever you live, including Brazil (LGPD), the United States and Europe (GDPR).
